Harris RF-230 1.6-30 MHz 125 Watt and RF-236 PSU

Right compartment I've build in BCD thumbwheelswitches, In the middle a LF CW filter.
This transceiver can select 96 free preprogrammed channels within 1.6 to 30 MHz.
Channel 0 to 95 are programmed channels and 96 connects the inboard thumbwheels directly to the transceiver. Ideal for me to make them on the outside for HAM radio use.
If all inboard thumbwheels are on 0 no BCD is coming out.
The input on de logic IC are forced to 0 with pull-down resistors. I can just connect my BCD switches parallel to the inboard switches.
If the channelselector switches have an other position then 96, the BCD information is blocked and the stored information is active.

Here you can see the parallel connection with flatcable.

Unfortunatly my thumbwheel switches from my junkbox where inverted BCD so I have to use some hexinverters.(CD4069)

I also build in a LF CW filter and a volume control on the CW injection sidetone.
Now I can control the output power in CW.

In the left compartment is the original Power/SWR meter
Just build in an extra relais on the PTT signal for the poweramp.
